Steven D. Adler is Of Counsel in Bayard’s Business Bankruptcy and Restructuring group. He has represented corporate debtors, official committees, creditors, lenders, asset purchasers, and other significant parties in interest in various bankruptcy court proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Adler also has experience handling commercial and corporate litigation matters.
Justin C. Barrett is Of Counsel in Bayard’s Litigation group. He focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, corporate appraisals, and other commercial disputes.
