Homburger appoints three new partners

Homburger has appointed Reto Ferrari-Visca, Jeremy Reichlin and Alexander Wherlock as partners.

Reto Ferrari-Visca has been appointed partner. He represents clients across regulatory, civil and criminal proceedings, often plans and conducts internal investigations and advises on all aspects of compliance, with a specific focus on financial market regulation and white‑collar crime. His practice further encompasses secrecy and data protection law matters.

Jeremy Reichlin has been appointed partner. He advises companies on all employment‑law matters, including designing compensation and remuneration arrangements, advising on complex restructurings, individual and collective termination processes, and the employment and occupational pension aspects of domestic and cross‑border transactions. He also regularly represents clients in employment disputes and his expertise encompasses data protection law.

Alexander Wherlock has been appointed partner. A specialist in financial markets and banking law, he regularly advises on banking supervision, the regulation of complex financial products, anti‑money laundering and financing transactions. His practice also touches on crypto regulation, FinTech and the digitalization of financial services.
