Bratschi promotes four lawyers to partner across Bern and Zurich

Tobias Abt has been promoted to partner. He is a specialist in construction law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, contract law and litigation, and advises and represents companies and private individuals both in an advisory capacity and before courts and authorities.
Curdin Käser has been promoted to partner. His expertise spans corporate, commercial, foundation and real estate law; he regularly advises companies and private individuals on restructuring and governance matters, supports transactions, and assists with inheritance and succession planning.
Benjamin Trachsel has been promoted to partner. He serves in the firm’s construction and real estate law team and is an expert in public construction, planning and procurement law as well as project development, often representing and advising clients in private-law, construction-related disputes and before public authorities.
Kerem Altay has been promoted to partner. A member of the firm’s tax law practice, he advises on national and international tax and corporate law, supporting companies and private individuals with restructurings, employee participation plans and international relocations; his advisory work also covers capital markets and real estate.
