Osborne Clarke strengthens Tech, Media & Comms team with partner Andrea Mezzetti

Andrea Mezzetti joins Osborne Clarke as a partner. He arrives from Orrick and brings more than twenty years of experience in the fields of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Mezzetti will be part of the firm’s Tech, Media & Comms (TMC) practice and is expected to consolidate Osborne Clarke’s positioning on matters related to new technologies and digital innovation.
Caterina Chiari, Mezzetti’s collaborator, also joins Osborne Clarke. Her addition contributes to the strengthening of the team dedicated to advanced technological and regulatory profiles.
The appointment is included in the TMC department led by Gianluigi Marino, Head of AI & Digitalisation and also responsible for Data Protection. Osborne Clarke’s co-managing partners noted that Mezzetti’s arrival is the fourth hire in the past twelve months and forms part of a defined, long-term development plan.
