Marco Bodellini is an associate professor of Banking Law and Financial Intermediaries at the University of Bergamo. He brings consolidated academic and professional experience in Italy and internationally, with teaching and research appointments at prestigious universities in Europe and the United States. Bodellini has developed recognised expertise in banking and financial law through collaborations with law firms in Italy and the United Kingdom and with major international institutions, including the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, on matters of banking and financial regulation, sustainable finance and the management of banking crises. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and policy papers on banking law, financial regulation and sustainable finance.
His entry represents a significant strengthening of PwC TLS in the field of banking and financial regulation at both national and international levels.
