RPLT RP legalitax strengthens Financial & Accounting team with five new partners from LS Lexjus Sinacta

Riccardo Acernese, Fabio Bernardi, Luca Ciavarella, Antonguido Nardone and Roberto Tombolesi join RPLT RP legalitax to reinforce the firm’s Financial & Accounting practice. According to the firm, the new partners bring experience gained in complex and highly specialised contexts; they enter the firm as partners and arrive from the Rome office of the LS Lexjus Sinacta network.
The additional twenty professionals also come from the Rome office of LS Lexjus Sinacta and further broaden the firm’s capabilities in the Financial & Accounting area.
RPLT RP legalitax says the integration expands its support to companies, groups and investors across all phases of economic, financial and accounting management, covering both ordinary activities and extraordinary operations. The new arrivals complement the firm’s existing skills and strengthen its integrated legal and tax assistance model.
The operation forms part of the strategic growth of the RPLT brand, created in 2023 from the merger of RP Legal & Tax, with origins dating to 1949, and Legalitax, founded in 2013. With the new hires, RPLT RP legalitax reaches approximately 250 professionals, including lawyers and accountants, working together to assist clients in evolving regulatory, economic, production and financial scenarios in Italy and abroad.
