Addleshaw Goddard appoints Will Turner as partner in Banking & Finance

Will joins from Dentons, where he was a partner in the firm’s London office and a member of its Banking & Finance practice group. He enters Addleshaw Goddard as a partner, bringing significant experience across investment-grade and cross-over credit lending, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions and direct lending advice to debt funds. Over the course of his career he has advised on numerous complex acquisition financings for both borrowers and lenders and is known for delivering commercially focused guidance on sophisticated financing structures.
In addition to his core financing work, Will has advised on restructurings, margin loans, fund financings and emerging markets transactions. He has completed secondments with two major global banks and has spent time working in Singapore with a previous firm, further extending his international outlook and multi-jurisdictional expertise.
