James joins from Clyde & Co, where he served as Global Insurance Chair for over eight years. He is widely recognised as a leading lawyer in global directors and officers (D&O) and financial institutions claims and has acted for many of the world’s leading insurance companies on large, complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. He is admitted to practise in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
