Simmons & Simmons appoints ten partners across seven offices in international expansion

Ali Fagan will join the London office as a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in Construction.
Emmanuel-Frédéric Henrion will join the Luxembourg office as a partner in the Funds practice.
Ermine Bolot-Massé will join the Paris office as a partner in the Corporate practice.
Hannah Shipley will join the Dubai office as a partner in the Tax practice.
Henry Bennett-Gough will join the London office as a partner in the Tax practice.
Louise Dobbyn will join the Dublin office as a partner in the Financial Services Regulation practice.
Mark Chivers will join the London office as a partner in the Corporate practice.
Michelle Phang will join the Singapore office as a partner in the Corporate practice.
Oliver Wicker will join the London office as a partner in the Structured Finance and Derivatives practice.
Stefan Nerinckx will join the Brussels office as a partner in the Employment practice.
The appointments span Simmons & Simmons’ offices in London, Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg, Singapore, Dubai and Dublin and are intended to strengthen the firm’s five core sectors and cross-border capabilities as part of its ongoing international expansion.
