In her role at Barack Ferrazzano, Seeger will oversee the firm’s human resources function, supporting employees and leadership across employee relations, benefits and payroll, compliance, recruiting, onboarding and performance management. Her work is intended to strengthen talent management, enhance operational efficiency and foster a positive, compliant workplace culture.
Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Seeger held several roles within Sidley’s Human Resources department, most recently serving as Human Resources Manager. She brings more than ten years of experience in the legal industry with expertise in recruitment, employee relations and process improvement. Seeger earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute.
