Clyde & Co bolsters Milan office with two hires
"Clyde & Co has hired Paola Croci as Counsel in Aviation and Edoardo Mombelli as Associate in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Compliance for its Milan office."
Paola Croci joins from Pirola Pennuto zei and brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients in the aviation sector. Based in Milan, she has handled aviation litigation, passenger and cargo claims, and regulatory and compliance matters for airlines, insurers, brokers, ground handling companies and other industry operators. She will work closely with Clyde & Co’s international aviation team, with which she has already collaborated in recent years.
Edoardo Mombelli arrives from Advant Nctm and will practise as an Associate in the Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Compliance team. His experience includes data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and compliance, including work carried out through secondments. He has advised Italian and international clients across sectors such as art & luxury, insurance, manufacturing and technology.
The hires form part of Clyde & Co’s development of its Milan office, which in recent years has built a practice serving insurers, reinsurers, brokers and market operators. With the addition of Croci and Mombelli, the office aims to broaden its offering in aviation, data protection, cybersecurity and compliance.
