Kromann Reumert welcomes Tilde Vemmelund as Partner in energy practice

Tilde brings more than 20 years of experience from both private practice and senior legal leadership roles in the energy sector. Most recently she served as General Counsel and a member of the executive management team at PowerMart and previously held the position of Head of Compliance at Danske Commodities. Her specialisation covers energy market law, energy regulation, REMIT compliance and related disputes, combining deep regulatory expertise with industry insight from the energy trading sector.
Tilde began her career at Kromann Reumert in 2004 and spent 17 years as part of the firm’s competition law team, advising on EU and competition law, regulatory matters and dispute resolution. She will join Kromann Reumert as a partner in the Aarhus office on 1 January 2027.
Kromann Reumert’s leadership said her senior in-house experience and commercial perspective strengthen the firm’s offering to energy trading companies and other clients navigating a complex regulatory landscape.
