Dechert Adds Partner Ben Burton to London Leveraged Finance Team

Mr. Burton is an accomplished leveraged finance lawyer with more than a decade of experience across UK, European and U.S. markets, including time in New York. He has deep sponsor-side experience across a broad scope of European acquisition finance, including syndicated and direct lending markets. Working at the intersection of leveraged finance and private equity, he brings experience that will support the firm’s private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, and he also has experience in restructuring. He joins Dechert at partner level.
