Michael Crowley joins BHSM as a Partner and Head of its New Homes Team. He brings a highly regarded practice and extensive experience advising developers, housebuilders, purchasers and private clients. Michael has substantial experience acting on new homes developments and residential transactions and will lead the Firm’s dedicated New Homes Team with responsibility for developing and expanding BHSM’s offering to developers, property investors, lenders, housing agencies and residential purchasers and vendors. He will also continue to advise on a broad range of private client and property matters, adding depth to the firm’s private client practice.
He is joined by his team: Aisling Weldon (Solicitor), Rachel Elliott (Solicitor) and Kinga Szczypczyk (Trainee Solicitor). Their arrival further enhances BHSM’s residential property and private client capabilities.
