A State Attorney, Pereña Pinedo joins ACS after more than 12 years serving as general counsel and secretary to the board at Redexis. He previously spent almost eight years leading legal affairs at Tragsa. At ACS he will work within the group’s corporate legal function, which comprises around 300 professionals across different companies and geographies.
