Avoxa welcomes Henry Ermeneux
"Avoxa has appointed Henry Ermeneux to develop its business criminal law practice, where he will handle advisory and defence work in economic and financial offences, directors' liability, risk prevention and criminal proceedings."
At Avoxa, Ermeneux will lead the firm’s business criminal law offering and assist clients across the full range of business criminal law matters, both in advisory and defence. His work will notably cover economic and financial offences, liability of corporate officers, prevention of criminal risks and the conduct of proceedings before criminal courts.
Commenting on the appointment, Ermeneux said he was very pleased to join Avoxa to develop the business criminal law department, noting that the firm’s multidisciplinary structure will better meet growing corporate needs for prevention and management of criminal risk. Jean-Nicolas Robin stated that the hire marks an important step in strengthening Avoxa’s business advisory and litigation offering and will enable the firm to provide clients with increasingly comprehensive and strategic support.
