Antoine Boubazine launches Perez Boubazine employment law firm

After more than ten years at August Debouzy (2015), DLA Piper (2018) and Osborne Clarke (2023), where he served as counsel, Antoine Boubazine creates Perez Boubazine. He enters the market as the firm’s founder.
Perez Boubazine will assist employers in both advisory and litigation matters and on the employment-law aspects of corporate transactions. Acting as an interlocutor for headquarters’ legal and HR departments and for local teams, Boubazine will also work alongside business law firms that do not have an employment practice in Paris.
