Simion joins NNDKP's tax advisory team as a Partner. Before the move, he worked at PwC from 2000 to 2026, progressing from Manager (2000–2002) to Senior Manager (2002–2004), Director (2004–2007) and Partner (2007–2026), and he served as Country Managing Partner from 2015 to 2021.
Simion specialises in tax advisory. He has stated his intent to apply a strategic approach to taxation as an element of business strategy, focusing on Romanian entrepreneurial businesses, companies in growth and regional expansion, and families facing complex succession processes. He has also served as President of AmCham Romania for several terms and as Vice President of the Chamber of Tax Consultants in Romania.
