Andersen Iberia integrates Martín & Parés team in Barcelona
"Andersen Iberia has hired Eva López Parés and Víctor J. Martín as partners in its Litigation practice in Barcelona, joining with a four‑person team to bolster commercial litigation, contractual liability and economic criminal law."
Eva López Parés holds a law degree from Universidad Pompeu Fabra and a postgraduate qualification from the same institution. She has more than 25 years of experience in commercial litigation, with particular focus on contractual disputes and intellectual and industrial property, and has appeared before civil courts in Spain as well as the General Court of the European Union. She joins Andersen Iberia as a partner in the Litigation department from Martín & Parés Abogados.
Víctor J. Martín holds a law degree from Universidad de Barcelona and a Master’s degree in Legal Sciences from Universidad Pompeu Fabra, and is a specialist in the prevention and detection of money laundering from Universidad de Granada. He has more than 25 years of professional experience, served previously as a criminal judge in Barcelona, and combines his legal practice with teaching and participation in conferences and congresses. He joins Andersen Iberia as a partner in the Litigation department from Martín & Parés Abogados.
They join with a team of four other professionals experienced in commercial litigation, contractual liability and economic criminal law within highly regulated sectors.
