Lexant opens Naples office with Elio Cocorullo

Cocorullo is an avvocato cassazionista qualified in Italy and in England and serves as Vice President of the National Union of Chambers of Tax Lawyers (Unione Nazionale delle Camere degli Avvocati Tributaristi). He brings extensive experience in tax law and has a professional presence across Milan, Naples, London and Lugano.
Lexant said the opening of the Naples office and the strengthening of its Tax Law Division are part of the firm’s expansion strategy to be closer to businesses in the Mezzogiorno and to provide integrated tax expertise alongside its practice areas such as M&A, corporate advisory and extraordinary transactions. Andrea Arnaldi, Founding Partner of Lexant, commented that the enhancement of the tax area fits the firm’s multidisciplinary model and responds to clients’ need for coordinated, cross-practice advice.
Cocorullo stated that his collaboration with Lexant stems from a desire to put his tax-law experience at the service of a broader multidisciplinary project and that tax advice should be closely integrated with other legal competencies.
