Armstrong Teasdale Expands Corporate Practice in Chicago with Partner Tracy Jacobson and Counsel Jason Faust

Jacobson brings 20 years of experience advising on complex middle-market corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and divestitures. She joins the firm as a Partner with an established client base and deep experience counseling businesses in highly regulated industries. Immediately prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Jacobson was a partner at an Am Law 100 Chicago law firm; earlier in her career she worked extensively in-house for both public and private equity-backed health care companies. She will continue to advise clients on corporate transactions and strategic business matters.
Faust joins Armstrong Teasdale as Counsel and has nearly 15 years of experience advising private and public employers on the design, implementation and long-term maintenance of employee benefit and executive compensation programs, while helping organizations navigate complex compliance obligations and risk management considerations. He also regularly advises on employee benefits and compensation issues arising in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
