Both bring deep, market-recognized expertise in secondaries across the full spectrum of transactions, including continuation vehicles, LP portfolios, GP stakes and other liquidity solutions. They join A&O Shearman as partners and will be based in London as they lead the firm’s secondaries practice.
Their arrival establishes A&O Shearman as one of only three firms in the industry to hold a Band 1 ranking for secondaries transactions and positions the firm at the forefront of the private capital secondaries market. The hires expand the firm’s private capital capability and add to the more than 200 partners who work with private capital players across the U.S., UK, EMEA and APAC.
