Chammas & Marcheteau strengthens its tax practice with two new associates
"Chammas & Marcheteau strengthens its Tax Law team with the arrival of Marine Delatte and Aurore Khan, who will work on wealth planning, succession, international donations and tax litigation."
Both lawyers were previously collaborators in the tax team of CFM Avocats. They advise individuals and companies on patrimonial and professional matters in domestic and international contexts, including the structuring and transmission of family groups, succession matters, international donations and philanthropic projects. They also assist clients in their relations with the tax authorities, handling tax litigation and monitoring declarative tax obligations.
Marine Delatte is an attorney since 2021. She joins Chammas & Marcheteau as an associate from her role as a collaborator at CFM Avocats. She holds a Master II in Professional Heritage Law from Université Paris-Dauphine, a Master II in Insurance Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and a Federal Diploma of Heritage Lawyer (Diplôme fédéral de Juriste du Patrimoine) from the Fédération Nationale Droit du Patrimoine.
Aurore Khan is an attorney since 2025. She joins Chammas & Marcheteau as an associate from her role as a collaborator at CFM Avocats. She holds a Master II in Fiscal and Customs Law from CYU and a University Diploma (DU) in Corporate Tax Counsel from HEDAC UPEC.
