Cleary Gottlieb strengthens private equity practice with arrival of Emmanuel Enrici
"Cleary Gottlieb has hired Emmanuel Enrici as a partner in its Paris office to reinforce its private equity practice, focusing on LBOs, asset disposals, exits and cross-border deals."
Enrici specialises in private equity transactions, in particular leveraged buy-outs (LBOs), asset disposals and exit strategies. He has recognised expertise in complex cross-border transactions for large international investment funds and will join the firm at partner level.
Cleary Gottlieb partners described his arrival as a major development for the Paris private equity team. Pierre-Yves Chabert noted that Enrici’s addition, alongside Charles Masson and Hugues Tabardel, significantly strengthens the firm’s presence in the French private equity market. Charles Masson characterised the hire as a key evolution for the team, and managing partner Jeff Karpf highlighted Enrici’s experience and relationships with leading international funds as an exceptional asset for Cleary’s platform.
