Chammas & Marcheteau strengthens its private equity and M&A teams with the addition of Antoine Catala

Admitted to the bar in 2023, Antoine Catala will work in the firm’s private equity and mergers & acquisitions practice as a collaborator. He holds a Master II Pratique du droit des affaires (Business Law and Management) from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University, completed the Programme Grande École and an LLM in Law and Tax Management (Business Law and Management) at EDHEC Business School, and obtained a D.U. Droit des entreprises en difficulté from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
