Clark Hill Adds M&A Member Cash Nickerson to Scottsdale Corporate Practice

Cash Nickerson has joined Clark Hill as a Member of the firm’s Corporate practice in the Scottsdale office.

Nickerson brings nearly 40 years of experience across business, academics, and law. He has served as a corporate attorney and marketing executive, and has held executive roles including president, chief financial officer, and general counsel. He will work on mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters, advising on the purchase and sale of interests, negotiation, deal structuring, contracts, and exit strategies, and providing tailored corporate support informed by both corporate and legal perspectives.

He has represented and advised companies in logistics, transportation, freight rail, trucking, warehousing, food distribution, restaurant franchising, engineering, technology, aerospace, automotive, talent acquisition, and human resources services.

In addition to his legal work, Nickerson serves as a part-time professor at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and is the author of six books, including Negotiation as a Martial Art, which was a Wall Street Journal best-seller.

Nickerson is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Illinois, Nebraska, Nevada, and Texas.

His arrival expands Clark Hill’s presence in Arizona and follows recent additions to the firm’s Arizona roster, including Member Phoebe Moffatt in Tax & Estate Planning in Scottsdale and Krystal Mikkilineni as a Bankruptcy Member in Phoenix.
