Kim is an accomplished corporate attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions. He advises companies on cross-border transactions, strategic investments and complex corporate matters across a range of industries, including representing buyers and sellers in domestic and international transactions. Complementing Clark Hill’s entrepreneur-minded approach, Kim brings business-savvy counsel developed through both in-house and law firm experience and has a background handling legal affairs in the U.S. and Korea. He earned his law degree from the University of Southern California and is admitted to practice in New York.
