Argos Avocats is an independent French law firm founded in 2020 by Julien Sanciet. The firm is dedicated to strategic high-capital transactions and regularly advises on LBOs, mergers and acquisitions in France and abroad, and fundraising, notably for companies in the consumer sector.
A lawyer since 2012, Célia Mayran-Terdjman began her career at CMS Francis Lefebvre before joining Eversheds Sutherland, where she had been working since 2022 as counsel. She specialises in small- and mid-cap mergers and acquisitions, advising entrepreneurs, senior managers and family groups, and has specific expertise in high-capital transactions in the healthcare sector. She joins Argos Avocats as a partner. She holds a Master in European Business Law from the University of Strasbourg (2010), the DJCE – Master 2 Juriste d’entreprise from the same university (2012), and the Master in Law and International Management from ESCP Business School (2013).
