Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici strengthens corporate M&A and private equity practices with Mario Pelli Cattaneo

Mario Pelli Cattaneo has experience advising Italian and foreign clients on extraordinary transactions and M&A, with a particular focus on private equity funds active in fintech, consumer goods, food, banking and insurance. He also handles joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and general corporate law matters. He joins GPBL as a partner.
Pelli Cattaneo began his career at Santa Maria Studio Legale Associato in 2006 and worked with Chiomenti from 2014 until his move to GPBL. His arrival follows those of Francesco Lombardo and Giuliano Marzi the previous week; GPBL now counts 29 equity partners and 22 partners, for a total of over 200 professionals.
