Paul, Weiss Welcomes Deidre Kalenderian as Executive Compensation Partner in New York

Kalenderian advises private equity sponsors and companies on the executive compensation and benefits aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions. Her practice covers day-to-day executive compensation matters and transactions including M&A, restructurings, divestitures, spin-offs, carve-outs and IPOs, and encompasses the structuring, negotiation and implementation of employment, severance, change-in-control, deferred compensation and equity-based incentive arrangements, together with related securities, accounting, tax and governance matters. Her notable representations include advising GTCR in its acquisition of a majority stake in Worldpay; Hellman & Friedman in its acquisition, alongside Bain Capital, of athenahealth; Crescent Point Capital on Ares Management Corporation’s acquisition of the Crescent Point Capital platform; and WeWork and its affiliates in their chapter 11 cases.
Kalenderian earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from Syracuse University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
