Jérôme Rueda practices French and international taxation, with recognised expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions (for listed and unlisted groups), corporate reorganisations and transactions involving companies in difficulty. He advises investment funds, companies and international groups on their most complex strategic operations, notably in cross-border contexts.
He holds degrees from HEC Paris (Grande École, 2016) and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation, 2016).
