Clifford Chance adds Matt Snodgrass as Debt Finance counsel in Houston

Snodgrass counsels lenders, public and private borrowers, and private equity sponsors in complex lending and commercial financing transactions. His experience includes domestic and cross-border financing transactions, asset-based lending, syndicated loan transactions and other energy-related financing transactions, and he has represented clients in debt capital markets transactions and in distress situations. He joins Clifford Chance as counsel and will add further depth to the firm’s energy and infrastructure finance team in Houston; his arrival is the firm’s fifth senior addition to the Houston office since May as the firm continues to expand in the market.
