A lawyer with nearly ten years of experience, Stéphanie Sebbagh brings recognised expertise on complex Franco‑American matters, notably the structuring and compliance of trusts, international mobility of families, and patrimonial structuring for residents and non‑residents. She advises on French and international private wealth taxation for individuals, families and executives—residents and non‑residents—and her practice covers asset structuring and transmission, patrimonial reorganisations, succession planning, tax support for international mobility and real estate investments. She has developed particular experience in cross‑border estate issues and the taxation of trusts.
Stéphanie Sebbagh joins Axtead in the role of counsel. She has been a lawyer for nearly ten years and practised for six years at the firm Arkwood alongside Arnaud Tailfer and Arnault Devis, before joining the firm Sekri Valentin Zerrouk.
