Ughi e Nunziante expands Milan office with three new hires

Maurizio Ruben, Marta Ruben and Giovanni Baggiani have joined Ughi e Nunziante’s Milan office. Maurizio Ruben joins the firm as of counsel, while Marta Ruben and Giovanni Baggiani have been appointed as associates.

Maurizio Ruben was formerly a name partner at Pesce Frignani Pastore & Ruben and subsequently founded the boutique firm CDR Legal. He brings more than forty years of experience in corporate and commercial law, commercial contract drafting, labour law and litigation. Over his career he has advised Italian and foreign clients, notably French and Spanish companies, active in fashion and accessories, cosmetics and beauty, communication services and food, and has also worked on specialised matters such as sports law.

Marta Ruben and Giovanni Baggiani have joined Ughi e Nunziante’s Milan office as associates.

With the arrival of Maurizio Ruben, Marta Ruben and Giovanni Baggiani, the Milan office of Ughi e Nunziante now comprises more than 50 professionals. Founded in 1969 as a multipractice, multicentre firm, Ughi e Nunziante today operates with over 100 professionals across its offices in Rome, Milan, Verona and Florence.
