Proskauer Welcomes Antitrust Partner Edouard Sarrazin to Paris Office
"Proskauer has hired Edouard Sarrazin as partner in its Antitrust Group in Paris. He will work on EU and French competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations and antitrust litigation."
Edouard advises private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and multinational companies on all aspects of EU and French competition law. His practice covers transactional antitrust matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment reviews, and Foreign Subsidies Regulation reviews, as well as cartel investigations, antitrust litigation, and behavioural competition matters. He regularly represents clients before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority and has broad experience advising on dawn raids, abuse of dominance, and complex cross-border investigations.
He joins Proskauer at partner level. His arrival is described by the Firm as strengthening Proskauer’s European antitrust offering and building on recent partner additions in Paris. Proskauer now has over 50 lawyers in Paris.
