Sugianto Osman brings more than 25 years of experience spanning private practice and industry. He is widely recognised as one of Indonesia's leading corporate and M&A lawyers and is one of two ranked Band 1 for M&A in Indonesia by Chambers Asia-Pacific. His practice covers M&A, capital markets and securities transactions across a broad range of sectors, including private equity, technology, financial institutions, natural resources and infrastructure. He joins DNFP in association with Hogan Lovells Cadwalader as a partner.
Prasetyo Sukirno is an experienced corporate lawyer recognised as Indonesia's Rising Star 2026 by Asian Legal Business. He focuses on transactional and regulatory matters across the digital economy, advising on matters including high-growth technology businesses, private and growth capital investments, fundraising, digital infrastructure, and mining downstream initiatives.
