Adrian Della Morte Pålstam joins TM & Partners as Partner in the Banking & Finance team
"TM & Partners hires Adrian Della Morte Pålstam as Partner in the Banking & Finance team to strengthen its high‑yield bonds and debt capital markets (DCM) practice."
Adrian primarily advises on banking and finance matters and will lead an initiative to further strengthen TM & Partners’ offering within high‑yield bonds and debt capital markets (DCM). He has extensive experience advising on capital raisings through debt issuances across a broad range of sectors, regularly advising both arrangers and issuers on domestic and international bond issuances, and has experience advising in connection with restructurings of debt issuers. Adrian joins TM & Partners from Gernandt & Danielsson and will join the firm at partner level.
