Schwartz advises funds, institutional investors, family offices and corporate clients on domestic, regional and cross-border tax structuring matters, with particular emphasis on private capital and real estate transactions. She joins the firm as head of UAE Tax to support clients across the full lifecycle of their investments, from structuring through to execution.
The appointment follows recent regional hires by the firm, including banking and loan finance partner Adil Hussain in Dubai and Yazid Almasoud, who leads Hogan Lovells Cadwalader’s public policy and regulatory practice in Saudi Arabia.
