Trowers & Hamlins appoints Laura Rooks as General Counsel
"Trowers & Hamlins has appointed Laura Rooks as General Counsel. She will work on legal risk, compliance and in-house legal matters, joining from Three Crowns where she was Director of Risk & In-house Counsel."
Rooks brings more than 15 years’ experience across legal risk, compliance and in-house legal functions within leading international law firms and financial services organisations. She joins Trowers & Hamlins as General Counsel and will work closely with colleagues across the firm to support its continued growth, strengthen its approach to risk and governance, and help deliver its strategic ambitions.
Rooks joins from Three Crowns, where she served as Director of Risk & In-house Counsel, leading that firm’s global risk, compliance and in-house legal function.
