Hogan Lovells Cadwalader strengthens Boston Tax, Pensions & Benefits team with partner Morgan Frisoli

Morgan Frisoli has joined Hogan Lovells Cadwalader’s Boston office as a partner in the Tax, Pensions & Benefits practice.

Frisoli regularly advises companies and management teams on the compensation and benefits aspects of IPOs and corporate transactions, including pre-signing negotiations, executive and equity compensation matters, and post-closing employee integration. He also has significant experience advising public company clients and executives on executive compensation matters, particularly in the life sciences, real estate, banking and technology sectors.

He joins Hogan Lovells Cadwalader from Goodwin Procter’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice. Frisoli received his B.S. from Boston University School of Management, his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and his LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
