Gabriel Levinson has joined ArentFox Schiff as its Real Estate Litigation Practice Leader in New York.

Gabriel has a successful track record representing real estate owners, developers, investors, boards, commercial landlords and tenants, asset managers, corporations, funds, and private companies in high-stakes commercial real estate and business disputes. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including lease and development disputes, partnership and joint venture conflicts, cooperative and condominium matters, construction disputes, and other significant real estate controversies. He also represents major players in corporate litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance disputes, and shareholder disputes, and routinely advises clients on pre-dispute situation management, breach of contract claims, and risk management strategies related to high-exposure transactions.

Throughout his career, Levinson has represented clients in state and federal courts across the United States, as well as in arbitrations and mediations, handling matters involving commercial leases, development projects, acquisitions, partnerships, shareholder and derivative claims, construction matters, and real estate finance issues. Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, he served as Chair of the Real Estate Litigation Practice at Haynes and Boone. He has been recognized by New York Super Lawyers for well over a decade.
