Ms. Han advises borrowers, sponsors, lenders and direct lenders on complex U.S. and international banking and credit matters, including project financings, acquisition and bridge financings, back-leverage financings and other structured finance transactions. She has been recognized by Chambers USA in Banking & Finance (Texas). Ms. Han joins Kirkland from Simpson Thacher, where she was a partner.
