Solving expands Padua office with Roberto, Federica and Alessia Ceccon

Roberto Ceccon brings over forty years of professional experience in commercial, international and corporate law and in arbitration at both national and international levels. He is authorised to litigate before the highest jurisdictions and served as a lecturer in Commercial Law and International Arbitration at the University of Trento for nearly thirty years. He has extensive experience advising companies and private clients on international commercial law, corporate law, M&A, the internationalisation of SMEs, and corporate and contractual litigation before ordinary courts and in domestic and international commercial arbitrations, acting both as counsel and as arbitrator. He is currently a member of the Arbitration Council of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and a member of the ICC Commission on ADR and Arbitration.
Alessia Ceccon and Federica Ceccon, after periods of study abroad, practised at Studio Ceccon & Associati and subsequently spent six years at PwC Legal STA (formerly PwC TLS). There they gained experience in corporate law, international trade, M&A, litigation and arbitration both domestic and international, as well as in art law. Federica joins Solving as partner and Alessia joins as counsel.
