Most recently, Davis served as Chief Operating Officer at Paul Hastings, where he also served as Chief Financial Officer and led a global team with firmwide responsibility for finance, administration, operations and real estate. Prior to Paul Hastings, he acted as Chief Financial Officer at Goodwin and held senior finance roles at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Perella Weinberg Partners.
Davis steps into the CFO role held by David Fries, who will retire in early 2027 and will continue to serve as an advisor to the firm thereafter.
