Clyde & Co welcomes Shain Wasser as Partner to strengthen insurance and litigation capabilities

Shain joins from Kennedys, where she played an instrumental role in opening the Los Angeles office and oversaw significant growth in her practice. Her practice covers complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, with substantial experience defending general liability matters and a particular emphasis on high-exposure and catastrophic injury cases, in which she is often retained as trial counsel on the eve of trial. She also handles the defense of insured losses in construction, property damage, hospitality, transportation, first-party property and habitability, and regularly monitors complex litigation, including nationally coordinated matters. At Clyde & Co she will focus on expanding her defense practice by leveraging the firm’s global platform and insurance-sector footprint, with emphasis on high-value claims and complex coverage disputes.
