Clyde & Co appoints Angela Caramaschi as partner to expand corporate and energy practice

Caramaschi brings extensive international experience in the corporate and energy sector. She joins Clyde & Co as part of the firm’s investment in its global corporate and energy offering. Her practice focuses on advising clients across the full energy value chain, spanning upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas matters, alongside complex, multi-jurisdictional projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development and regulatory compliance. She will also focus on corporate elements of mining and extractives transactions. At Clyde & Co she will play a role in linking the firm’s Africa energy offering with its wider global energy and construction team and supporting the continued growth of its international energy practice.
