Mark brings more than 30 years’ experience advising insurers on complex professional indemnity and management liability matters. He joins from WBD (UK) LLP. His practice spans the defence of high-value claims, coverage advice and monitoring work, with expertise in financial lines and growing experience in commercial crime-related insurance issues.
Dual-qualified as both a barrister and solicitor, Mark has developed a strong reputation for supporting insurers and their insureds across a broad range of sectors, with extensive experience working with major global insurers and long-standing client relationships. At Clyde & Co he will further strengthen the firm’s insurance practice, adding depth to its financial lines and professional indemnity capabilities.
