Clyde & Co appoints Jack Holling as Partner in London to strengthen insurance coverage practice

Holling brings nearly two decades of experience advising London market insurers on high-value and often cross-border coverage disputes. He joins Clyde & Co as a Partner from DAC Beachcroft, where he served as a Partner since 2022.
He has built a strong market reputation in warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance and regularly advises insurers and MGAs on substantial volumes of claims arising from M&A transactions. His practice has expanded rapidly in recent years, driven by his own client relationships and by a focus on technically complex and commercially sensitive coverage issues. He also advises insurers on cyber coverage issues and on a range of financial lines policies, including directors and officers, financial institutions and professional indemnity risks.
The appointment reinforces Clyde & Co’s strategic focus on complex and emerging risks and follows a series of hires that bolster the firm’s insurance coverage offering and support the continued growth of its London Insurance practice.
