Biondo brings 32 years of experience in Labor Law, including 26 years devoted exclusively to advisory work. He joins Velloza as a partner with the aim of strengthening and expanding the firm’s preventive labor advisory services for companies.
Biondo’s practice includes preparing legal opinions on complex labor matters, advising companies on the implementation of profit-sharing plans (PLR) and handling day-to-day labor-related needs, with a focus on risk prevention and decision-making. His approach combines technical expertise with a business-oriented perspective and regular communication with executives and Human Resources departments.
Velloza’s Labor practice, led by partner Matheus Quintiliano, covers both litigation and advisory work. Biondo’s arrival is expected to reinforce the advisory side of the practice and to enhance the firm’s capacity to provide integrated services that combine prevention, strategic guidance and labor litigation through closer coordination between advisory and dispute-handling teams.
