CMS Switzerland expands Geneva office with four new hires
"CMS Switzerland in Geneva hires four lawyers to bolster its corporate/M&A, employment and international trade, and dispute resolution practices."
Jingjin Guo joined CMS Switzerland as a partner in the corporate and M&A department on 1 July 2026. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, cross-border investments and complex financing transactions, and has experience advising data centre operators and hyperscalers as well as on digital assets matters.
Serge Pannatier joined as counsel on 1 July 2026. His practice focuses on employment law together with WTO and international trade matters. He advises on a broad range of employment-related issues including the hiring and dismissal of employees, the employment law implications of corporate reorganisations, collective dismissals, the consistency of employment contracts with statutory requirements, long-term incentive plans, social security and pension fund issues.
Caroline dos Santos joined as counsel in the dispute resolution and arbitration departments on 1 August 2026. She has experience in complex commercial disputes and international commercial arbitration, and advises on non-contentious commercial matters. She acts under major institutional rules including ICC, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL and AAA, with a focus on large-scale claims and emergency relief, and assists clients with the enforcement of arbitral awards before the Swiss courts. She also regularly acts as an arbitrator.
Manoé Ruchat joined as a senior associate in the corporate and M&A department. He advises Swiss and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and general corporate law.
